TERMS, CONDITIONS AND RINK RULES
Anyone participating in a SKATE HAPPY activity agrees to abide by the SKATE HAPPY terms and conditions:
Customers agree to let Skate Happy Staff photograph and video events and use the images/videos on their website and marketing.
No dirty or damaged skates. All skates will be checked.
Skaters are responsible for providing and wearing their own safety equipment as necessary.
No food, drink or chewing gum on the rink.
No glass or alcohol to be brought in the venue.
No speed skating, anti-social or aggressive skating will be tolerated.
Please refrain from bringing valuables, as there are no lockers available. SKATE HAPPY will not be responsible for the loss, damage or theft of your personal items.
All under 14’s must be accompanied by an appropriate Parent, Carer or Guardian over the age of 18. Designated guardians have a duty to supervise their children SKATE HAPPY will not be held liable, to those suffering harm as a result of inappropriate supervision.
Please be aware that SKATE HAPPY is an all-inclusive venue. We welcome visitors with disabilities, learning conditions and medical conditions that may not be visible. Please make a member of staff aware if you feel it is necessary.
Everyone must follow instructions given by stewards and staff.
Failure to abide by the rules may result in you being asked to leave the venue.

SKATE HAPPY is a provider of public roller skating sessions and learn to skate lessons.
Roller skating and roller skating lessons, like all sports, have risks that should be considered. Due to the nature of the sport Roller Skating like most sports carries the risk of accidents and injury. For this reason skaters and other parties understand that they participate at their own risk.
Loan Skates are lent out free of charge it is your responsibility to ensure you check they are in working order and you use them at your own risk.
Neither SKATE HAPPY, their staff or the venue accept liability for injury or accident to any customers or third parties.
